Nicolas Kuhn and Sahverdi Cetin thereafter scored for Germany to seal a 3-1 win.In the other game in Group C, Iran showed their supremacy once again following the 3-0 thrashing of Costa Rica thereby maintaining their 100% record at the tournament.Another West African side in Niger Republic however made it to the second round after finishing in one of the best third-placed spots despite a 2-0 loss to favourites Brazil in Group D.
